The Durham County Extension Service Photograph Collection consists of 32 photographs of work done by the Extension Service in the 1920s through 1940s. Scope and Contents The Elizabeth Parker Roberts scrapbook collection consists of 70 scrapbooks created by Roberts between 1921 and 2000 documenting her family's life in Durham, North Carolina. Scope and Contents The collection contains six series: Administrative Records, Conventions, Publications and Printed Matter, Scrapbooks, Miscellaneous, and Oversize. Materials include meeting minutes, financial information, constitution and by-laws, scrapbooks, clippings, photographs, books, pamphlets and brochures. The bulk of the collection includes minute books and scrapbooks documenting the work of Sara Barker and the Sara Barker Circle from 1948 to 2005. Materials on the history of the organization and the biography of Sarah Barker are also included. The collection includes one box of photographs, which are mostly unidentified.
