The collection contains typed club minutes from 1935 to 1939 taken by various club secretaries, with a first page paragraph on club's founding signed by "Dante J. Germino, Sec." and 11 slides in black and white of an undated parade (ca. 1930s) organized by the club for Duke University’s homecoming weekend.

The O. Gordon Perry Collection consists of photographs of civic organizations around Durham that O. Gordon Perry was involved in during the 1940s and 1950s, including the Durham Jaycees and the Sertoma Club. It also includes newspaper clippings about Perry and his involvement in civic organizations in Durham and a photograph of Rogers Drugstore from the 1920s, which was located at the corner of Parrish and Mangum Streets.
